With the safety and privacy of our dancers in mind, events are not live-streamed. Dancers are provided with all of their performance photos and videos shortly after the competition to share with family and friends. Please be sure that you have referenced the participant information packet and spectator information for event details. Thank you!

2027 Regional Dance Competitions
​2027 Event Guidelines will be updated and posted online on July 1st, 2026.
​
The 2027 'Rate Reference Sheet' is updated and available in the top right corner of Studio/Team accounts.
​
Studio/Team accounts are created through Dance Comp Genie - please allow 48 hours for approval of new accounts. Dance Force Xpress does not accept independent entries.
​
Pre-registration opens on August 1st through Dance Comp Genie. An estimated number of routines and a minimal deposit is all you need to hold your spot!
​
Please note that events range from 1-3 days. Dance Force Xpress remains committed to capacity limits and reasonable schedules. Friday competition will start no earlier than 4:00 pm.
We are excited to offer Regional Competitions varying from 1-3 days to best meet the needs of your studio!
Each weekend will be focused on positive energy and celebrating the accomplishments of the dancers.

Directors are required to acknowledge that they have read through the Event Information and Rate Reference Sheet, and agree to the
policies and guidelines prior to submitting a deposit or estimated number of routines.

Minimal requests in regards to potential schedule conflicts may be submitted through the Dance Comp Genie studio registration in the 'Notes' section by the registration deadline (1 month prior to the event). Notes must include the routine(s) in question, and the specific date/time that the routine is not able to perform. While we will make an effort to assist with a schedule request, minimal requests should be made for very rare occasions. Dancers should not register for an event if they have a significant schedule conflict. Scheduling requests and questions are handled through the Dance Comp Genie portal only; we thank you in advance for your understanding.
A deposit and estimated number of routines will reserve space at an event. Rates are established as 'Early', 'Regular', and 'Late', and are determined by the date that a registration is complete with full payment submitted.
To be included on the 2027 Tour Tee, studios must have a deposit submitted and an event registration started by February 1, 2027. Please see the event guidelines for additional information. Deadlines are published for each event.
